What materials and fabrics do you use?

Our covers are made from a custom lycra-blend, engineered to form-fit and provide uninterrupted sound.

Are the covers sold individually or in sets?

Each cover is sold individually. Beosound Edge covers are sold as a pair.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

We aim to process orders as quick as possible. If you would like to edit your order, please contact us asap, and we will do our best help.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard UK delivery.

When can I expect my refund?

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
